Being already a reference in catering, hotels and Italian gastronomy, we approached local restaurants by presenting GLUTEN-FREE TAPAS recipes, with FRAN VICENTE as a collaborator.
Among the professional members of our Schar Fooservice Club we have held a raffle for 2 congressman tickets. The winners, DANIEL FERNANDEZ of EL RINCON DE SAS and YOLANDA SAN MARTIN, VICE PRESIDENT AND TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF THE PROFESSIONAL CURINARY LEAGUE, have enjoyed 3 high-level gastronomic days.
We also took advantage of this event to publicize the relaunch of the range of gluten-free, lactose-free and palm oil-free pastries thanks to the new production line in Zaragoza. An improvement in packaging, sizes and flavor that our customers will love.
