Gluten free, vegan brioche style sub rolls.
Golden brown and soft in texture, our gluten free white rolls are a versatile solution for professional catering. Easy to digest and oven-ready, they are designed to deliver consistency and flavour in every serving.
Thanks to the innovative ovenable packaging, these rolls can be baked at the same time as meals containing gluten, ensuring efficiency in professional kitchens. Supplied in convenient wholesale packs, they are perfect for hotels, contract catering, school canteens, pubs and restaurants.
Maize starch, water, sourdough 14% (rice flour, water), vegetable fibre (psyllium), millet flour, sunflower oil, rice flour, soya protein, rice starch, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; rice syrup, salt, yeast 1,2%, sugar. May contain hazelnut, milk, egg and mustard.
Mode 1: defrost the product for 35 minutes and heat it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5-6 minutes. Wait 1 minute before eating.
Mode 2: heat the product directly from frozen in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8-9 minutes. Wait 1 minute before eating.
Mode 3: heat the product directly from frozen in the microwave at 360W for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
